Emsworth Slipper
Located on the Quay in Emsworth is a warm and friendly sailing club. It has very active dinghy and cruising sections both for racing and social activities, as a RYA training establishment it is very keen on developing juniors and youth sailing. The club also hosts a very active radio sailing section on the adjacent millpond. The Club has just started a very popular rowing section using our Celtic Longboat .The clubhouse itself has some of the best views across the harbour.
Through our Safeguarding Policy, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all club members, youths and juniors to enjoy the water activities we facilitate.

ANNUAL CROSS CHANNEL RALLY : 14th - 17th AUGUST : BOOK NOW TO RESERVE A PLACE
Thank you to those who have booked for this popular cruiser rally. There are a few places left. So, if planning to come, please fill in a booking form, so we can book you on our reserved pontoon in Cherbourg Marina and for the BBQ at Cave L'Enchanterie on Sunday. ON SATURDAY JUNE 28th - ESSC WINS IN ANNUAL YOKE CRUISER RACE V ESC !
The Yoke annual cruiser race between the two clubs, took place in fine weather on Saturday June 28th. Challenging winds, gusting to the top of F6, made for a lot of exciting sailing up to the finish at Beaulieu River entrance. 14 ESSC cruisers took part and 10 from ESC. See the results below. REPORT ON FINN OPEN MEETING AT ESSC ON SATURDAY 15th MARCH - A GREAT SUCCESS !
Emsworth Slipper offered up another awesome day of sailing on 15 th March. Again the event was shared with a very competitive D Zero fleet. ANDY GOULD DOWN UNDER IN SYDNEY HARBOUR!
Competing recently in the Musto worlds, Andy was placed 23/39 in the end, which he was quite happy with, given the competition. 1st "old codger" in the "Legend" category!.
