Row focussing on technique improvement open to 4 rowers (due to potential inclement weather a passenger will be included by agreement with the cox, notwithstanding if you register as the 5th rower, you will be first reserve). Please ensure you have a buoyancy aid and sufficient cold/wet weather gear.
