Booking Conditions

Members can bring one partner or significant other, who may be a non-member.

Please note that table changes can't be made after booking - thanks for your understanding!

Closing date for bookings is 6pm Sunday 21 June.

If an Event is Cancelled by ESSC:

A full refund will be provided to all members who have booked and paid for tickets.

If a Member Cannot Attend a Social Event:

Refunds will not normally be provided. Following the club's self help ethos, it will be expected that any member who buys a social event ticket and then changes their mind, for whatever reason, will have to find their own replacements. They will also need to organise their own payment(s) from the replacement attendees.
- If a replacement attendee is found, then ESSC must be informed due to fire regulations.
- If a replacement cannot be found then the member will forfeit any payments made to the club.

- In extraordinary circumstances, individual requests for a refund will be considered by the club's Flag Officers.
