In the end it was a day dominated by the RS300s, particularly on the first tight reach in idyllic conditions. The 29er chased them but couldnt quite catch them for boat speed. It was the annual outing for the Cockerill clan who entered 3 boats. It also proved to be a family affair for the Peters with Nick sailing a new Rs100 and Frances a 470. That RS100 looks quick and could be another pesky one to contend with from the RS stable!
